Important Info! Please Read Before Reserving your spots for camp….

We are thrilled at the rapid growth and continued impact of our student and kids camps this year. We’re already looking forward to summer 2025!

As before, there will be a $40, non-refundable deposit for each space you reserve. Your spaces will not be held until this deposit is received by our office.

1. 1. It is critical that you pray and think realistically to reserve the appropriate number of spots. You will be financially responsible for the full camp fee for 75% of your estimated number.  We anticipate filling every camp next summer, so if you estimate too low, there is not a guarantee you’ll be able to add campers. If you estimate too high, you will be dipping into your church budget while also tying up spots that other churches would love to use for their groups. Please plan carefully!

If there is a financial hardship that prevents your church from paying this at one time, we will set up a payment plan to help. 

2. We don’t assign lodges or bunkhouses until right before camp, and cannot reserve a particular spot for your group in advance. It’s not just a matter of how many beds are in a building. Assigning lodging is a very complex challenge with many factors beyond your group size. Please know that our team prays over this and works hard to make the pieces fit for every church, large and small. Plans can change even in the last days before camp. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

3. Finally, remember that this form only reserves spots for your church group! Camper parents will actually register their child for camp later. We will send the appropriate link to each church group leader and THEY will send it on to parents. There is not a way for parents to register for camp on the Mt. Lebanon site or by calling our office. They must register through the church group leader (who will always keep their unique link handy to email out….).
