If your group or organization is not a contributing member of the Dallas Baptist Association you must fill out an“Application for Retreat Account Form” Please complete and sign the form. Please fax the form to 972-291-4958 or email it to reservation@mtlebanoncamp.com.
To request a reservation for your event please complete and submit the form below.
*Submitting this form is simply a reservation request and does not guarantee your reservation. Only with the receipt of a signed contract, deposit and other required forms will a reservation become valid.
Mt. Lebanon allows non-profit groups, schools, and service organizations who agree to observe the rules and policies of Mt. Lebanon to use its facilities.
Mt. Lebanon reserves the right to refuse, accept, cancel, or alter any booking request or reservation.
